Meet Volunteers

It takes many people to run a meet and we rely on our parent volunteers to help us at both home and away meets.

We ask that each family volunteer at least three times during the season.  There are many opportunities and a variety of different jobs you may volunteer for at each meet.  We encourage our parents to get involved to help our meets run smoothly and efficiently.   Please click here to view the meet volunteer jobs and descriptions.

SAL League offers opportunities for parents to get certified as Stroke and Turn Officials and Starter/Referee clinics.  WCAC desperately needs parents to volunteer to get certified in these positions.  Please CLICK HERE  for a list of clinic dates, times and locations.

Volunteering this year is easy.  Simply go online and choose the job you wish to do and the meets you wish to work.  If you have any questions please contact Sue Wild, WCAC parent volunteer coordinator.

If your family is unable to do so, a $75 volunteer fee will be added to your account.  If you wish to be charged this fee, rather than volunteer, please notify us at wcacswimming@gmail.com so that we may charge your account.
